Rugrats: Masuyo Reikokuna

Masuyo is the black hearted, ruthless father of Mudana, Yamina, Yatmirai, and Tifokana. He is the leader of a Japanese mafia and he will do anything to dominate as much of Japan as he can. He murdered Jimmy DeVille's mother and served that death as an example to those who would stand up to him and his daughters, as well as his entire clan. He once attempted to buy Charlotte Pickles's company from her, but that failed. He hates the Torameiyo family with all his heart. He declared war on Phil and Lil's clan (Jimmy DeVille  and his father included) after Betty DeVille threw a torch at Masuyo's clan's symbol (The symbol at the top left of the picture).
